                Today I completed the PlanetBase 2 tutorial. To set up a colony in this game, the first thing your going to need to do is build an airlock and an oxygen generator because your crew members will eventually run out of the oxygen in their oxygen tanks. But for these things to work you need an efficient source of power so you will also need to build a solar panel or wind turbine. After these few builds have been completed you can now take several different paths in prioritizing what you want to do with your colony. You will just need to make sure the needs for survival of the crew members are met so that they do not die. A major tip that I think makes all the difference is the start of the game. If you have a successful and very quick start, then that will determine your long term success because you will have the basic needs of the crew members met and also survival will be met. Another tip is that bigger is not always better, especially when you have limited resources. So when you are selecting what size to build the equipment, take the amount of resources it utilizes into consideration. These are my initial thoughts after completing the tutorial.
